| A new process for document delivery and interlibrary loan services will soon be available for Sandians. ILLiad is a faster, more functional, paperless alternative to traditional interlibrary loan (ILL) function and document delivery services. The Technical Library is in the process of purchasing the ILLiad software and will be implementing this process in the near future.
